Afternoon in the Life: Lehigh Valley Zoo | Documentary Family Photography

Happy Tuesday everyone!

I wanted to share with you some photos of our recent trip to visit family in Lehigh Valley, PA. As some of you may know, we are planning a move to this area some time next year, so we're really enjoying getting to know this new scenic location.

Our first stop was the Lehigh Valley Zoo in Schnecksville, PA. Natalie got to feed Murphy the giraffe! It was such a cool experience to be so close to one of these amazing animals. We were so impressed by the staff there. More than once we were approached by the zookeepers to see if we had any questions, and they were very knowledgeable about the animals.

After our zoo visit, we decided to get out of the heat, and headed back to Emmaus, PA to relax and let the kids play together. My girls had a great time with their baby cousin Nelle, who is a natural in front of the camera. We have an Afternoon in the Life session set up for September, and I can't wait!
